Pricing & Maintenance

Our website pricing is flexible and depends on your specific requirements. To get an accurate estimate, please consult with me. I base my estimates on an hourly rate and can work within a budget if you have one. I always strive to stay within your budget, but please note that exceeding the allotted hours can impact the final invoice amount. However, I will keep you informed if the project is approaching the limit. It’s worth noting that the more time I can dedicate to a project, the more I can accomplish.

Keeping your website updated :

The internet world is an ongoing war of spam and hackers. Themes, security and coding are constantly being updated to newer versions as hackers find new leaks, new versions need to be released to combat these. The older your website, the more vulnerable it is if it is not being updated.

The marketing world is moving at an incredibly fast pace, design styles and new functionality is an ever changing process and if you are not keeping up, you’re already outdated. There is almost nothing worse for your website’s reputation than looking outdated.

To ensure your website and server are functioning at their best, I highly recommend entering into a maintenance plan. It is a good idea to maintain your investment in your website else your website will depreciate in value.

A few things a maintenance plan is important for :

  • A comprehensive web maintenance plan is vital for ensuring your website stays up-to-date, secure, and fully functional.
  • This includes conducting frequent checks of your onboard SEO, tweaking your website as needed to maintain a strong search engine presence, and keeping an eye out for errors that may arise due to outdated code.
  • Regular backups are essential to protect your data and minimize downtime in case of any unexpected issues.
  • Checking your server versions and website security is also crucial to prevent any potential security breaches.
  • Finally, it’s important to keep your website installation and coding up-to-date to ensure your site remains fast, responsive, and user-friendly as time goes by.
